• Acceptable Credit Card: Visa, Master and JCB Cards.

• Room rates are included service charge and government tax.
• Room rates and benefits offer above are based and entitled for 02 persons only.
• For benefits of package reservation may share with extra-person, or additional arrangement with addition charge.

* Extra person, Children and Extra-bed Policy

• Maximum 2 children only permitted to stay with parent per room.
• Child under 2 years old stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib (subject to available)
• Child under 5 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds (free breakfast)
• Child under 12 years old stays free of charge when using existing beds, but breakfast charge US$6.00/child/day (or US$20/night if order extra-bed)
• Child from 12 years old or adult is charged US$25.00/person/night for extra-bed and breakfast.
• Only one extra bed/children's cots permitted per room.

* Cancellation Policy & Payment

• Free of charge for reservation cancellation before 3 days prior to arrival date.
• If cancelled or modified within 3 days prior to arrival date, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.
